Roni Stek’s journey into real estate is defined by adaptability, strategic thinking and a genuine commitment to helping people move forward with confidence. After graduating from Western Kentucky University, her career took her from the skies as a flight attendant in Pittsburgh to Las Vegas, where she has proudly lived since 2005.

Her background as a professional poker dealer strengthened her ability to read situations, remain composed under pressure, anticipate challenges and negotiate strategically. Today, she brings those skills, along with exceptional attention to detail and a people-first approach, to every real estate transaction.

Roni is known for providing concierge-level service, clear communication and hands-on management from the initial consultation through closing. She carefully coordinates the many moving parts of a transaction, including pricing, marketing, negotiations, inspections, appraisals, financing and escrow, to create a seamless and well-managed experience.

She also understands that privacy matters. Every client and transaction is handled with discretion, professionalism and the utmost respect for confidentiality.
